1. Product Overview

It forms a 100% impermeable colloid with acid resistance, corrosion resistance, and high flexibility, tightly bonding the underground concrete structure and filling all leakage gaps to achieve the purpose of plugging and anti-seepage.

7. 4.With the same viscosity and concentration as water, it can penetrate all water-permeable cracks. Under grouting pressure, the penetration area can reach 3–5 square meters, making up for the defect of traditional grouts that cannot penetrate fine cracks, so no dense drilling is required.

3. Scope of Application

1. 1.Waterproofing and anti-seepage projects for cracks in:
   household bathrooms, swimming pools, exterior walls, basements, garage roofs, elevator shafts, tunnels, bridges, subways, dams, harbors, civil defense projects, etc.

3. 2.Grouting dry and wet cracks in concrete structures such as basements, internal and external walls, honeycomb structures, and brick walls, to seal all contact surfaces.
   

4. Water-Curing Material Mixing

1. 1.Component A is the main agent: dilute 4KG of Component A with 20KG of clean water.
   Component B is the curing agent: dilute 0.5KG of Component B with 20KG of clean water.
   Stir until completely dissolved.

3. 2.After dissolving, mix Component A and B at a 1:1 ratio and test the curing time.
   The ideal curing time is generally 3–5 minutes.

5. 3.For underwater leak stopping, reduce the amount of clean water appropriately to allow absorption of water from leakage points.

7. 4.More water added to Component A results in higher strength but more brittle cured colloid.
   More water added to Component B shortens the curing time.
   

5. Construction Method

1. 1.Drill holes at leakage areas.
2. 
   
3. 2.Select and embed a pipe (12mm/10mm/8mm/6mm) into the hole, leaving 20cm outside.

5. 3.Seal and fix the embedded pipe with waterproof plugging material.
   
6. 
   
7. 4.After all pipes are installed, start the grouting machine.
   Connect the A+B mixing outlet to the quick connector of the embedded pipe, turn on the manual switch, and start grouting.

9. 5.Adjust pressure appropriately to ensure the grout penetrates into the finest cracks.
   If grout leakage appears on the surface during grouting, stop immediately, seal the leakage points, then resume grouting.
   If the embedded pipe is blocked, drill a new hole and embed a PU pipe or replace it.
