1、 Product Features:

2、 Operating rules for expansion joints:

1. Determine the location of the expansion joint leakage.

2. Drill a 26mm grouting hole at the leakage location of the expansion joint, and tilt it at an angle of 45 degrees (the wall thickness of the angle body can be adjusted by oneself) 5-10cm into the expansion joint hole. The general hole spacing is 50cm-100cm.

3. Insert the cement mortar needle into the drilled hole and fix it tightly.

4. Determine the grouting pressure and grouting amount based on the specific situation of the leakage location of the expansion joint. Use the SL-700 cement mortar grouting machine to inject cement mortar material (with particles no larger than 2mm) into the expansion joint. When cement mortar appears in the surrounding expansion joint, move it to another hole and grout under the specified pressure until the expansion joint is completely filled. Then turn off the power and close the valve.

5. Clean the machine body upon completion. After each day's work, the material hopper, pipes, cement mortar needles, and screw joints must be thoroughly cleaned to facilitate tomorrow's work.

6. Check that the expansion joint cement mortar has completely solidified, remove the cement mortar needle, seal the hole with quick drying cement, and then apply SL-200 waterproof material.

3、 Spray operation rules:

1. Before starting up, add clean water to the hopper, turn on the speed of the drill to achieve the effect of circulating and wetting the pipeline, and then drain the clean water.

2. Put the evenly mixed material into the hopper, and then lock the cement pipe, spray gun or grouting needle with the main machine's grout outlet.

3. Before starting the spraying process, first inflate the air compressor air pump to a pressure of 6-8kg (matched with a pump of 0.26-0.36m), and then connect the nozzle.

4. Connect the power supply, align the spray nozzle with the hopper, adjust the air pressure and speed to achieve the optimal spraying state, and stop the machine without listening to the wind.

5. Once the adjustment is accurate, immediately move the spray gun barrel to the site for spraying work.

6. During the construction process, the pipeline is filled with paint and is not suitable for prolonged shutdown. If there is a power outage, the pipeline should be immediately dismantled and cleaned.

7. If stamping inside the pipeline, before dismantling and cleaning the pipeline, it is necessary to cover it with a cloth and protect your eyes from injury.

8. If the startup fails, first check if the drill is burned out and replace it immediately.

9. When cleaning the machine during work or completion, be sure not to spray water on the drill or electrical box to avoid damage or leakage.

10. After finishing work every day, the hopper should be cleaned thoroughly, and the pipeline spray gun and screw joint must be thoroughly cleaned to facilitate tomorrow's work.

11. If you notice that the paint outlet is not strong after a long period of work, you need to replace the spiral pressure pump.

12. Suddenly not feeding during work, while the electric drill is still working, proves that the spray nozzle has been plugged, and the machine should be stopped immediately to clean the spray nozzle before continuing work.

13. The nozzle is a vulnerable part (including replacing the spiral pressure pump), and the standard nozzle hole is 4mm. If the atomization of the nozzle hole is not ideal, the nozzle should be replaced immediately.
