1、 Product Overview:

Acrylic salt water curing dual liquid grouting machine is a new type of high-pressure grouting equipment. Its body is equipped with two specially designed inlet and outlet valves for sucking in and discharging materials. The material of this product is a polymer dispersed in water After dissolving in water, this material does not increase the viscosity of water. Under the pressure of the grouting equipment, it can quickly penetrate into all the gaps where water can penetrate, and a curing reaction occurs instantly. Develop a resistance to acid and alkali; Corrosion resistant and highly flexible 100% impermeable colloid. The underground concrete was tightly glued together, further filling all leakage gaps. Thus achieving the goal of plugging and treating seepage.

2、 Product advantages:

3、 Scope of application:

2. Fill dry and wet cracks on concrete structures such as basements, interior and exterior walls, structural honeycombs, and bricks, and actually bond all contact surfaces.

4、 Water curing ingredients:

1. Component A is the main agent, 4KG of component A is diluted with 20KG of water, and component B is the curing agent. For every 0.5KG of component B, 20KG of water is diluted and stirred until completely dissolved.

2. After dissolution is complete, mix AB in a 1:1 ratio and test its curing time. Generally, the best curing time is 3-5 minutes.

3. When plugging with water, reduce the amount of clean water added appropriately to allow it to absorb the water in the leak point.

The more water group A is added in the same amount, the stronger and more brittle the solidified colloid. The more water is added to Group B with the same amount, the shorter the solidification time.

5、 Construction method:

1. Drill holes at the leakage site.

2. Choose pre embedded pipes (12mm/10mm/8mm/6mm) according to the actual situation and embed them in the holes, leaving a length of 20 centimeters outside.

3. Use water to seal and fix the embedded pipe without leakage.

4. After all embeddings are OK, start the grouting equipment, connect the AB integrated discharge port to the quick reading joint of the embedded pipe, and start the manual control to start grouting.

5. According to the structural situation, the pressure can be appropriately increased or decreased to ensure that the slurry penetrates into the smallest gaps of the structure. If there is a leakage of grout on the surface of the structure during the grouting process, the grouting operation should be stopped immediately, and appropriate methods should be used to seal the leakage point before continuing the grouting operation. If the embedded pipe is blocked, another hole can be drilled to embed PU pipe or replaced.
